We shall be running Warmwell 2021, with lower numbers than pre-covid years, are we contracted for this event less lodges for sale so dancers will have more space for dancing.

Warmwell 2021 Covid Protocol
Those booked for Warmwell 2021 will be required to produce approved (NHS/Gov.uk) proof of taking at least two lateral flow tests in the week of Warmwell, which both show "Negative results (not with Covid symptoms)".
First Lateral Flow Test is self taken on either 23rd or 24th of November 2021 and the results uploaded immediately to the Gov.uk site or by ringing NHS 119.
Then on Friday 26th November before you leave for Warmwell, you must complete the 2nd self taken Lateral Flow Test, again to show Negative and again you must immediately upload the results to Gov.uk or call NHS 119. Ensure you have the proof before travelling to Warmwell.
Proof in form of the NHS App, NHS/Gov.uk Text and NHS/Gov.uk email must be shown on arrival to Warmwell. Plus approved Photo ID.
You can order your free Lateral Flow Kits via this Link (they arrive normally with 2 days by post) or collect from your local chemists straight away.
You will need to report your results immediately with this LINK
A third Lateral Flow Test maybe required on arrival at check in by everyone or on an individual basis, so please ensure you have brought your test kits with you in case you are all/individually required to do so.
If you have contracted Covid, you would have reported this (Gov.uk) and undertaken a PCR test to prove you were "Positive- with Covid". Once you have completed the Ten Days Isolation period required, you will have received proof with your name on it and this document must be provided on arrival at Warmwell (with your Photo ID). If you do not have this proof, you must call NHS 119 to obtain this immediately to obtain it, as it may come by text, email or post.
Photo ID must be shown on arrival by everyone
Then either or.
A/ Proof of two Negative Lateral Flow Tests as above.
OR
B/Proof of Positive PCR Test results in last 90 days and you have completed the 10 days isolation and showing no more symptoms.
OR
C/ Valid Proof of PCR test and completion of the ten day isolation period.
Those who undertake the Lateral flow tests, must bring the white test strip (known also as white stick/white cassette) sealed in the clear plastic bags in the test kit.
There are no exceptions or exemptions.
ALL LEAD NAMES WHO HAVE BOOKED HAVE BEEN INFORMED AND THEY MUST INFORM ANY ONE DIRECTLY WITHIN THAT BOOKING.
If the UK Government makes changes and introduces a Covid Pass requirement at short notice, this is outside MJRoc's control.
Exemptions or exceptions
All attendees must adhere to the event instructions.
There are no exemptions or exceptions.
This is allowed by the Equality Act 2010 as a proportionate means of achieving a legitimate aim of ensuring that everyone in attendance is at a lower-risk of transmitting COVID-19 to others.

NOTE: Being "Double Covid Vaccine Jabbed" does not prevent anyone being ill with Covid, but its likely to reduce the severity of the illness to prevent serious Covid illness/possible death. People whether vaccinated or not, can equally spread the Covid virus if tested Positive. Get used to doing the free NHS Lateral Flow tests at home on a regular basis to check if you are Positive (with virus) or Negative (without virus).

All past ten November Warmwell (all available lodges) sold out, with some events sold out in 11 months, so that's one month before the event started.
Many disappointed, don't let this happen to you. 700 + dancers are expected again. Sadly Covid 19 guidelines/law cancelled Warmwell 2020, which had 500 dancers already booked before the March 2020 lockdown. Read all about Warmwell Here By clicking on the above word "here" this will show you the options you can still book and prices. You are booking for three nights in Warmwell lodges. There are NO day or nights passes and never have been. Local residents who can prove they live with Utility bills at an address within ten mile radius of the venue. They can buy a Three Day Weekender pass excludes staying over night at the Park. Very Limited numbers. YOUR PRICES INCLUDES: * Three Nights Accommodation (excludes three day local residents passes- live within 10 miles of site) * All Electricity & Gas * Free parking providing you register for car permits. * All Workshops you wish to join (2 held on Friday night, then all day Saturday & Sunday in two halls plus further workshop in 3rd hall plus our annual Sunday Pool Party) * All Freestyles - Three nights and lunchtime/afternoon freestyles * Towels & Bedding - A small selection Towels but all Bedding in Lodge (based on numbers booked in each lodge) * The Warmwell Experience - like no other * Priority Options to re-book same lodges/places when at the 2021 event for Warmwell 2022. This may mean being on a standby list waiting for a combination of bookings to allow this option because all rooms must be sold/orders for this to happen. There are three bedrooms in each lodge, so three bookings are required in each lodge. Group Lodges 3/4/5/6/7/8 person (if only 3 people in Group lodge, they pay the 4th person supplement. We have a gender balance ratio
and we need ladies who want to book in all female parties to fully appreciate you need dance partners, so you too need to encourage the men to book!
Single Ladies or two females friends (sharing a twin) who get rooms in Stranger Shared Lodges, do not need to Gender Balance. There are no female Group "Stranger" Lodges, as these are available only to non groups.
MEN NOW NEEDED FOR GENDER BALANCING
Because of gender balance ratios, we need you to book with men your booking is linked to men booking although you are in different lodges (or make up a group and share same lodge),
as we need to improve our gender balance ratio %.
Our Gender Balance ratio targets have always been and achieved each year:
47-48% men to 52-53% women.
In 2019 it was 47.4% men to 52.6% females
Men tend to book late, hence the situation! But many missed out in 2017/2018/2019 because they tried to book too late!!
