You guys are awsome. Pat” “What can I say youve gone and done it again! I love dancing in the main hall...I always get on the the beat of the music ..it makes my dances that bit better. Also loving the positions of the tv screens in the main hall for the workshops. Please leave them there! Enjoyed a good opportunity to practice life sketching the WCS workshop too. My 2nd Warmwell...Even better this time round as I was with my lovely lady ...it was even more special as Warmwell last year is where we first met! classicly on the dance floor! Realised when it unpacked I’d brought my feedback form home! Duh.... anyways all it said was everything was great, the gender balance you achieved was perfect and doesn’t need tweaking, Lee and Dawn’s double trouble and line dance classes were fabulous...and so much fun too, Lee’s chat is just hilarious...and finally Ruth Ferguson, the shoe lady from Weymouth was really really helpful... Friday night I saw a pair of dance shoes I really liked but she didn’t have my size. She said she’d check her stock at home and if she had my size she’d bring them in on Saturday....sadly she didn’t have my size. But she rang her daughter to get her to check her stock & her daughter had my size, delivered it to her Mum Ruth, then Sunday afternoon Ruth rang me to say she was sitting in the sellers area with my new dance shoes! & they fitted...I wore them all Sunday night...and no sore toes!! That’s def a first all round for me! So hope the above can be taken into account when you go through your feedback forms. I had some really loves dances this weekend and made some new dance partner friends too so thanks again for everything you do to make this such a super fun dance weekend. Lydia” “What a fantastic 3 days, and thank you everyone who helped make my first warmwell such a memorable experience. My shoulder injury obviously meant dancing was quite different to normal. Huge thanks to Jill and Pam for your teaching some lefty moves, and huge thanks to all the wonderful ladies for your patience in learning these with me, particularly Sarah Hawsham, Tammy Barter and Karen Scott. I only got to enjoy about 7 hours dancing the whole weekend and the pool party (suffered after). Thank you to the ENTIRE MJROC team for an outrageously brilliant weekender. In no particular order... i've watched some really skilled dancers who inspire me and really got into the wcs workshop superbly taught by Catriona (really great workshop). My friends Andrea Francis , Jeff Dodd and I had an absolute ball with double trouble. Awesome crew (loved watching them go about their business with such military precision). Danced to me favourite.. make me smile..Steve Harley and finished it with jump around (please, Mr DJ, never try and find a cover version of these classics). :) Still one of the best dance Weekenders yet invented. I hope the site owners can be persuaded to invest in creating some bigger spaces. Thank you for all the kind and positive feedback on our classes 📝💯 We pride ourselves on a high standard of technical teaching (which we know isn’t everyone’s cup of tea ☕️) but for those who engage with our classes, your feedback reassures us that you think we are doing the right thing in pushing our students & making you better dancers whilst giving you a new challenge 💪🏼👣 As ever, a huge thank you & your wonderful crew who look after us so brilliantly. Your endless energy & passion makes the event so special. It was also a pleasure to be out on the social floor and both of us had some really fantastic dances across all three rooms over the weekend. 💃🏼🕺🏼 Sarah really enjoyed judging the Fancy Dress and it was fabulous to see so many entries. 🏆🏅 She’ll never watch The Sound of Music in the same way again though!! 😯😵🤭 We have so much fun at these events that we forget to take any photos of our classes but we’ve found a cheeky little video of the wonderful Blue Room 💙 whilst the brilliant Kevin Hyde was DJing. I can honestly say that the gender balance was spot on and I can't thank you enough. It's a long way to come if the balance is wrong. I know you have taken a lot of criticism but it is I'm sure appreciated by both men and woman a like. Also the accommodation is first class along with the organisation of everything that went on. You and your team must work tirelessly to make this happen and it is appreciated. I would like to thank all the men that danced with me - it was a real pleasure and I am hoping to return next year.
