HUGE thank you Colin Shaul Evelyn Shaul , Ray Styles .. all crew, DJ s and teachers.. you totally smashed it... the work you put in is truly appreciated, the organisation.. the quality of our Lodge ..we had such a lovely time.. and met so many lovely people , the atmosphere was wonderful and everyone friendly ... Thank you to those who danced with me. Thank you again... now back to the real world and sobriety! Sally
I’ve had such an awesome weekend at Warmwell, being a newbie it was a bit daunting at first but everyone is so friendly . I’d like to say a big thank you to all the lovely leads who danced with me over the weekend and to Colin who organise it brilliantly, a big thank you from me to you and all your awesome team at MJRoc Modern Jive Warmwell Weekender and the Warmwell Staff.
New to me was Tango and Salsa workshops , which were fab, I was able to use some of what I had learned in the freestyles too, thank you to the leads who trusted me to practice on the dance floor with Tango kicks and flicks ! I’ve only recently started Blues which Carol Almond added too and reinforced my learning. Some fab new Jive and sabotage moves ( I only do one sabotage per dance and never with a lead whose learning). I loved using and moving through all three dance floors, such a vast variety of music playing by amazing DJ’s .
My only criticism is that I couldn’t do everything I wanted to do, I need to come back next year with a gener balance, can anyone help me with that please? EVE
Thanks for organising a great dance weekend @Colin Shaul. Great to have daytime freestyles as well as the classes. Loved the blues music and have been enticed to learn more Tango! Thanks for all the lovely dances gentlemen! Martha

I want to thank the organizers, crew and teachers for all the hard work that goes into making this such a great weekend. I was in Cliff Dean’s cabin and although I knew it was hard work, I saw first hand how much extra he and everyone does to makes these weekends run smoothly. Basically getting up before everyone else and staying later. Another massive thank you, it was so much fun. Ruth
As a virgin ( I use that term very loosely) to Warmwell weekender and a long way from my home in Torrevieja. At first I felt slightly intimidated by the sheer beauty, and skill of my fellow dancers. Once again, thank you for having me to DJ at one of the best dance weekenders ever. It was a strange one for me as I lost my voice and had to get dancers to shout "last track" but it was great to see how well dancers embraced the music and immersed themselves into the dancing. It was also great to have Carol Almond join us and contribute some very well attended Modern Blues classes and some great DJ sets. Personally, I enjoyed the last session in Busters the best as I played more "Expressive" tracks and it seemed like they went down really well. Very well done to Colin, Ev and all the team, DJs , and teachers for another fab Warmwell weekender.
Had the most amazing time at Warmwell again ,just keeps getting better and better.A big thankyou to Colin and Eve for letting me and Tracy loose again.
We had the most amazing fun time Swinging and Strolling.Thankyou to all the ladies who I danced with and of course Tracy says thankyou to all the guys who danced with her, also a big shout out to all the Warmwell crew who worked tirelessly hard with a smile.
Can't wait for next year (Lee I have another torch now just incase).

Thank you so much Colin and Evelyn for having us back again, we love you both. This is officially the best weekend on the circuit.
It was amazing to hang out and have some awesome dances (and drinks ) with the other teachers, crew and everyone else who attended. You guys all make it a very special experience. Kate
What a fab weekend we had! A huge thanks to Colin Shaul , Evelyn Shaul and all of the MJRoc team, so much work goes on behind the scenes that we don’t see, but that makes it such a fab weekend.
The lessons were all great, with fab teachers, music was perfect and the dancers were brilliant.
It was also great to have a catch up with some people we haven’t seen for a while, and even get to meet some face to face and have a dance or three!

So many fabulous dances and love it when you dance with complete strangers and have magical dances
Excellent accommodation, 3 dance halls for different styles of music, classes, fancy dress, DWAS competition, cracking music and even a ski slope.
Massive thanks to Sara Peachey - my lucky dip (DWAS) partner for the brilliant dances and getting us through two rounds to the final
And of course, many thanks to Sue for her company, dances and videography.

Had the best time at #mjrocwarmwell MJRoc Modern Jive Warmwell Weekender
I did a taster in Tango - loved it, then did 5 lessons in West Coast Swing (video attached of what I learnt).
Dressing up was so much fun, sadly Gavin and I didn't win the fancy dress competition but we both had lots of comments.
Throughly had a good time, going to prebook for next year. Hoping that some of my friends will join us. Yorkie
A huge THANK-YOU to Colin and his amazing team for yet another fabulous fun filled Warmwell. Thank you to everyone who came to our West Coast Swing classes, you smashed it! Hope you all had a safe journey home and are now getting some much needed rest.

Warmwell Weekenders, I’d like to say a massive thank you to all the crew and Colin Shaul for arranging this event, all the work shops I saw the teachers blew it out off the park, it was great to see old friends and make new ones until the next one Beachroc in April on the Isle of Wight On the 26th April . What a lovely experience at Warmwell! Just sitting around a table eating and chatting, Jokes and teasing. Talking about dancing, recalling things from the past we had done together, Holidays, people we had not seen for years. Things we had forgotten about.
So long since I did that - a few years ago now.
The dancing and the music was great as well, but mostly it was the deepening of friendship and conversation. both there and travelling there. I have SO MISSED THAT in this empty house since May.
Thank you to Val, Sharon, Max and Diana. I hope we get to do this again soon! Kerry
