When single ladies or groups of ladies are allowed to book,
its on condition they will make efforts to encourage men in their local dance communities

When it says "On Hold"
Any mention of "On Hold" means we are waiting for customers to pay deposits/full payment
& complete bookings as its the last of these options available.

Once a booking has been confirmed, gender balance controls are registered.
You cannot add extra people in your lodge without prior agreement and permission from MJRoc.
I.E. if you book 4 or 5 people in a six person lodge, then this is what its booked as numbers wise.
Due to more females wishing to join the weekender than men, MJRoc has to keep controls in place to protect the gender balance ratios. MJRoc reserve the right to protect gender balancing for "the good of the event" rather than individuals, which is understood by 99% of people attending.

LODGE RESPONSIBILITY FORM: Parkdean Resorts Holiday Park and MJROC have introduced a Lodge Responsibility clause, for any malicious damage caused in your lodge. So as a formality before confirming your booking, we need the 'signature' and acceptance of the Lead Name (or individuals sharing a lodge) of the lodge, that accepts full financial responsibility should any malicious damage occur (not broken plates etc) *
