NOVEMBER 2019 CAR REGISTRATIONS FORM
Deadline for Registration CLOSES 11.59pm 31st October 2019.
In past years this has been a Free registration but do the increased administration costs involved and hours lost collectively with people failing to keep copies of receipts and having to resend there is now a charge.
With an average approaching 450 cars each event, this is very time consuming


There is a charge of £10 per registration per Lead Name
(Lead name is the person who completed the booking form)
This could be a single person with one car of a person responsible for more people and their cars.
If yours is a simple registration, with no updates* or changes or communication, then this £10 charge can be deducted off the deposit for your rebooking for Warmwell 2020.
This would therefore give you free parking on this basis
*One Free car change update

3/ Incorrect Car registrations found when at Warmwell,
i.e. wrong Car Red, £10 per car will be charged
Vehicles that are not registered are considered as a security risk, and could be either clamped or towed away at the owners costs.


4/ All registrations after this date is £10 per car and parking allocation subject to availability
Failure to register any car at Warmwell, may result in any car being towed off the park
at the owners expense and event wristband withdrawn.
There are 450 site car parking spaces
Alternative car parking is in the village 800 metres away from site.

If you register a car that does not show up, which has been pre-allocated a permit to park,
£10 admin fee will apply.
You cannot register two car or more cars, when you are only bringing one, as every car on the form will be allocated a space (read further below)

At Warmwell, when you check in at reception on Friday 22nd November, all cars registered will given a Weekend Permit to display on each car dashboard.
Displaying no permit raises security who will check all vehicles on site.



    Group leaders or Lead Name
    you are the person who completed the booking form.
    If you didn't complete the booking form, this is not for you, so contact the Lead Name.


    If you have more than one lodge booked,
    its a separate registration for each lodge, or a multiple form covering several lodges, will be invalid.

    If you are in a Group Lodge, do not complete this form unless you are the
    person who completed the booking contract.
    Group Leader is the lead name in group lodges, where 2 or more people are on the same booking.

    Remember if you completed a Booking form, whether you are single person or in charge of a group,
    you register every car in relation to that booking.

    To avoid any confusion
    The person who is the Lead Name in a "Stranger" Lodge booking.
    1/ The person who is the Lead Name when booking a Twin room in male or female only lodges.
    2/ The person who is the Lead Name when you have booked a single room in a male or female only lodge.

    You do not worry about the other"strangers" in the lodge.

    You only do one form, if you miss any car and resubmit a new one, we use only the last one submitted, so all previous ones are destroyed, so ensure ALL car registrations are on there, relevant to your booking.


    The Lead Name is responsible for all car registrations in their lodge, firstly their own and all others in their group.
    In past years some drivers acted irresponsible and parked where they like without any consideration for grass verges
    and blocking accesses.

    In 2014 an ambulance was called to a lodge where a man was having a heart attack but were unable to park close. the access was blocked! 
    They then had walk(run) and carry equipment!
    This is a serious matter, next time they could be coming to you
    and those lost seconds could be a matter of life and death!

    In the past we have asked drivers to put Sheets provided by MJRoc with their lodge numbers on it, trouble was the people who parked badly without any considerations, never did!!
    We never traced the car owner, so access was blocked until Monday morning!!
    Now in conjunction with the Park, all car registrations must be notified to MJRoc by Wednesday October 31st 2019
    without fail.
    We are trying to care for you in case on an emergency,
    unfortunately in the past a few % only thought of themselves!!

    You must only register cars that are coming and parking.
    If you over register and cars are not present at the event, an administration fee of £10 per car will be charged to the lead name.  If you have registered a car but changed it, inform MJRoc reception with  the old Car Regs, so they can change it. If you give an incorrect registration, the parking space is invalidated.
    We only have 450 spaces! Alternative car parking is 800 metres away in the village.

    In Groups where they have booked more than one lodge.
    the lead name for the booking will delegate a name for each lodge responsible for the occupants.
    Every Lodge requires a registration each and for every car on ONE REGISTRATION.
    Failure to register is a security breach and the vehicle could be clamped/towed away.
