Some of the options in the booking form may no longer be available
when you come to book.
We however will do our best to accommodate you with the remaining options.
PLEASE NOTE
There are no day or evening passes available and never have been offered.
If you only live within ten miles of the Warmwell Park and can prove local residency, passes subject to availability, you can book a 3 day weekender pass.
Its does not mean you can book B& B and attend

* Three Nights Accommodation
(excludes three day local residents passes- live within 10 miles of site)

(2 held on Friday night, then all day Saturday & Sunday in two halls plus further workshop in 3rd hall plus our annual Sunday Pool Party)

Until 17/8/18. Deposits of £45pp are due within five days of your booking to secure your place/lodge.
From 18/8/18. Full payment is required on all new confirmed bookings with five days of your booking.

Failure to pay VIA OUR INVOICE,which is emailed to you
will result in your place/lodge being released for resale.

We will send you an Invoice and instruction how to pay, once we have you booking form

We apply a Gender Balance Ratio at our events
based on Warmwell 2017 47/48% men/52/53% females

ALL LODGES/ ROOMS
ARE SOLD OFFERED SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY

WE HAVE HAD CHANCE TO UPDATE THE WEBSITE TO SAY

We have to maintain a Gender Balance Ratio at our events so girls if you are trying to "late" book,
try and encourage new men to book to make up a group please.

These are known as "Stranger" Lodges, where people do not know each other, unless they are sharing a Twin room, as we never put strangers in the same bedroom.

All cars must be registered online during those two months to get free parking. Non Registered cars fee is £10 per car on arrival. IF YOU WISH TO OPT OUT AND PAY THE £10 CAR CHARGE ON ARRIVAL SUBJECT TO SPACE ON THE DAY, STATE "OPT OUT" and then state in next box how many vehicles/cars you are reserving, subject to availablity on the day. All invoices required to be paid within 5 days of this booking. All bookings made after 17/8/18, full payment is due. {fees extra for pay pal payments} Payments are due on all bookings please. (why not get holiday insurance to cover you in case you are unable to attend this event). There are a few ways to pay and will in our Invoice letter to you, please click on PAYMENT PAGE in website menu to see which option suits you and then please state below how you will be paying. LODGE RESPONSIBILITY FORM: Parkdean Holiday Park and MJROC have introduced a Lodge Responsibility clause, for any malicious damage caused in your lodge. So as a formality before confirming your booking, we need the 'signature' and acceptance of the Lead Name (or individuals sharing a lodge) of the lodge, that accepts full financial responsibility should any malicious damage occur (not broken plates etc) *
