ChequeIf you're paying by cheque (payable to "MJROC"), please remember to send ONLY one cheque per booking TO SAVE YOU MONEY.
If you send two cheques, you should add a 75p charge to each cheque to cover the additional work & bank charges. If you send more than two cheques to pay off an invoice, not only per cheque requires £0.75p per cheque, there will be a £10 admin charge to cover the additional works. Our prices are budgeted on the basis of one cheque to keep costs low. Don't forget to send us your online NOVEMBER 2017 BOOKING FORM if you haven't already done so. Failure to send these forms will result in your booking being cancelled and monies may be lost. PayPalIMPORTANT INFORMATION!
If you want to pay by Pay Pal you must contact Colin first before processing any payment! If you send us money via PayPal, for all Deposits you must add an extra £3 to the total, i.e.Please note that due to our increasing costs, any payments made through PayPal will be subject to an extra 3.5% on full balance. ALL deposit are +£3 ie £40pp + £3: 4 x £40pp plus 4 x £3. Please pay any PayPal money to [email protected]. Thank you. For final balances, you need to add an extra 3.5% to the bill on top of your final balance payment. Thank You. Both you and MJROC will receive an email (or text message for payments to mobile phones) confirming payment. You can also view the payment in your PayPal account History. You can pay the final balance by PayPal when you login into your PayPal account All new bookings from 21/8/17, full payment must be paid within 7 days please. FULL PAYMENT IS DUE (no deposits) DON'T FORGET There is a £3 charge on all deposits and There is a 3.5% extra charged on the final balances or if a new booking, added to your full payment, if you wish to pay this way. Please add 3.5% to your final payments. Due to rising costs, MJROC can no longer absorb these fees, sorry. |
Bank TransferThe quickest and cheapest way for everyone is to
send your final balance payment via Bank Transfer. This assumes you have online banking or you can go into your branch and send money that way. If you split payment to pay off an invoice each transaction will need £0.75p per payment and if more than two payments, a £10 admin invoice to be added to cover the extra accounting work.
