Can I book an ALL FEMALE lodge - check first
We are currently not accepting all female bookings for one lodge. We have our own Female Shared Lodges where 4 strangers (possibly 2 friends sharing the large twin room) sharing, this ensures we can accept single ladies wanting to attend the event. If you are a group of female friends wishing to book an all female lodge (subject to availability), we must have a minimum of 4 people in the lodge. In the event you only have 3 and look to MJRoc to fill the 4th place, please email [email protected] where we can give you some options on how to do this.
Can I book a COUPLE ONLY lodge?
We do currently have limited options for Couples Only, and these sell out fast! It is best to call Colin on 07944 971195 to see what options we have available for you. However, to ensure you have a Warmwell place, it may be best to book into one of our Couple Shared Lodges (each couple has their own room, but shares the other lodge facilities), and we can always upgrade you IF a Couples Only lodge becomes available, and we have a buyer for your place.
How can I send my deposits?
When you receive your Invoice, you can then send your Deposits. Please check our Invoice when emailed for ways and options to pay.
I'm a single lady/man and want a Lodge close to the Complex?
The lodges we allocate for our Female and Male Shared lodges are past the ski slope and therefore not near the complex. This allows us to give the great prices to single people (who are not in a full lodge) to attend Warmwell. This is because the lodges near the complex are generally at full capacity, i.e. every bed taken or a premium price for under occupied.
