Name Change Form completed by Lead Name only

    Deadline for FREE Name Changes or Name Addition is FRIDAY 8th NOVEMBER 2019.  
    If there are more than one lodge with a name change, a further separate form is requires and so on.

    After this date, there will be a £10 Admin Fee payable per name change, on arrival as so many changes have to be altered to comply with our event Insurance     AND registered with Security.

    IF A PERSON IS NOT REGISTERED NOT ONLY ARE THEY EXCLUDED FROM THE EVENTS INSURANCE POLICY, THEY WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PARK FOR SECURITY REASONS AS REQUIRED BY THE PARK OWNERS. THEY ALSO WILL NOT BE ISSUED WITH A EVENT WRISTBAND OR IF LATER DISCOVERED FALSELY REPRESENTING ANOTHER PERSON, THE WRISTBAND WILL BE WITHDRAWN AND THE PERSON WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE SITE IMMEDIATELY. NO REFUNDS
