Jim & Nicky
Jim & Nicky have been dancing together for over 13 years now, starting out as a hobby later became our dance business Dance Riviera in Kent! Dance Riviera ran for 5 years, at one point having 10 venues and 60 crew and they feel proud to have taught so many people to dance and gave experienced dancers something else to learn. Early on, Jim coined the phrase "Smooth Jive" as their way of dancing and teaching seemed to fit just that. They began teaching Smooth Jive at all the big dance weekenders in the UK, and holidays abroad. Jim & Nicky are well known for their smooth, flowing and lyrical moves and routines, but mostly because everyone gets the routine at the end of the class! They are now freelance teachers and also co-owners of MJROC Warmwell.
They are always on the dance floor, socialising and helping dancers with moves or their routines and their passion for dance is still the same as it was all those years ago.
