Warmwell Gender Ratio TARGET 47% men to 53% ladies.
Due to requiring our minimal gender balance ratio for each event,
this has been achieved for all our nine sold out November Warmwell's.
Female groups will face restrictions and require assurances
with additional terms & conditions when allowed to book.
(there are no more a options for female groups at Warmwell 2019)

If you only live within ten miles of the Warmwell Park and can prove local residency,
passes subject to availability, you can book a 3 day weekender pass.
Its does not mean you can book i.e. a B& B and attend as this does not count as local residency.

    within three days of your booking being invoiced.

    We apply a Gender Balance Ratio at our events
    based on Warmwell 2018 47/48% men  to 52/53% females
    .
    When single ladies or groups of ladies are/were allowed to book,
    and only when assurances have been accepted as in their booking contracts by them,
    its on condition they will make efforts to encourage men in their local dance communities
    to book in male lodges. This will be made repeatedly clear in all communications.

    Summary of our lodges

    GROUP BOOKING
    (to book one or several lodges)

    A Group is where one lead name, books for 3 people or more
    One person booking on their own is not a group
    Two persons is a duo not a group
    Three persons is a triple, unless  a lodge is booked by a Group leader is for four persons but only 3 come.

    SHARED LODGES - For males or females only

    Our All Male  or All Female "Shared" lodges are divided with three bedrooms
    These are known as "Stranger" Lodges,
    where people do not know each other, unless they are sharing a Twin room,
    as we never put strangers in the same bedroom.
    Your booking confirmation will remind you what room you have booked.
    Do not take someone's else's room they have paid for when you arrive at Warmwell 2019!

    One person in Large Room for one
    (could be a large twin for one or double room. Always subject to availability)

    Two persons in Large Twin Room
    (who know each other)

    One person in Smaller Twin Room

    Prestige 4 bedrooms - there bathrooms (two doubles each with en-suite, two twin rooms share 3rd bathroom)


    Dog Friendly Lodges
    Up to two dogs (check which dogs are permitted) are allowed in some Group lodges
    - limited lodges - check when booking.
    There is a deep cleaning charge of £30 payable in cash to the venue reception at check in.
    Any lodges found with dogs not registered will mean the lodge is closed immediately and occupants will have to leave the site with no refunds, so please do not take a chance.


    NO MOBILE HOMES ARE PERMITTED ON SITE DURING OUR EVENTS

    NO SLEEPING APART FROM IN LODGES BOOKED

    ANY PERSON FOUND NOT BOOKED  I.E. "FREELOADER" WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE SITE
    AND ALL OCCUPANTS IN THAT LODGE WITH NO REFUNDS.

    REMEMBER
    All deposits (non refundable) are £50pp for all bookings up to 15/8/19.

    When it says "On Hold"
    Any mention of "On Hold" means we are waiting for customers to pay deposits/full payment
    & complete bookings as its the last of these options available.

    Once a booking has been confirmed, gender balance controls are registered.
    You cannot add extra people in your lodge without prior agreement and permission from MJRoc.
    I.E. if you book 4 or 5 people in a six person lodge, then this is what its booked as numbers wise.

    Due to more females wishing to join the weekender than men,
    MJRoc has to keep controls in place to protect the gender balance ratios.
    MJRoc reserve the right to protect gender balancing for "the good of the event" rather than individuals,
    which is understood by 99% of people attending.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT CAR REGISTRATION HAS CHANGED FOR 2019

    ALL CARS MUST BE REGISTERED THAT ARE ATTENDING WARMWELL 2019
    this booking form is not a car registration form
    Due to many hours wasted during both 2017 & 2018 in chasing people to register,
    there is now a FREE registration period and a chargeable per car period.
    The Link to register the cars that are coming under your booking,
    will be emailed to arrive for September 1st 2019.

    FREE Car Registrations throughout and only during September 2019.

    £5 per Car Registrations throughout and only during October 2019.

    £15 per Car Registrations throughout and only from November 1st to 10th 2019.

    £20 per car Registration STA on the day 22nd November 2019

    ALL CAR REGISTERED WILL HAVE TO DISPLAY THE MJROC SIGN HAND TO THEM AT CHECK IN
    ALL VEHICLES NOT DISPLAYING WILL BE CLAMPED OR TOWED AWAY AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE.

    Free parking is available in streets in Village 800 metres away.

    IF YOUR BOOKING IS AFTER 30/9/19, AFTER YOU HAVE PAID YOUR BOOKING IN FULL, A 7 DAY GRACE PERIOD WILL BE ALLOWED TO REGISTER YOUR CAR FOR FREE

    STRANGER LODGES FOR SINGLE PEOPLE OR TWO MATES
    Please note all Female or all Male "Stranger" lodges are where people (strangers) are booking in lodges with three bedrooms. Only people who know each other will share a bedroom.
    THEY SHARE A LODGE TO SAVE £'S. And single people the opportunity to secure places at Warmwell.

    There are NO two people i.e. all male or all female lodges, we have only for mixed gender, one female/one male balance.
