Due to requiring our minimal gender balance ratio for each event, achieved for all our nine sold out November Warmwell's, female groups will face restrictions and require assurances if allowed to book.

There is no day or evening passes available and never have been offered.
If you only live within ten miles of the Warmwell Park and can prove local residency, passes subject to availability, you can book a 3 day weekender pass.
Its does not mean you can book i.e. B & B, sleep in a vehicle and attend.

    Non Refundable Deposits (nrd) must be paid with 5 days of the Invoice date, or booking becomes void.

    From 21/8/20.
    Full payment(including nrd) is required please on all new confirmed bookings within three days of your booking
    being invoiced

    Failure to pay VIA OUR INVOICE, which is emailed to you
    will result in your place/lodge being released for resale.

    We will send you an Invoice and instruction on how to pay, once we have you booking form.

    We apply a Gender Balance Ratio at our events
    based on Warmwell 2018 47/48% men to 52/53% females
    .
    When single ladies booking to Stranger Female lodge, there is no requirement to gender balance.

    When "More females than men groups" or "groups of ladies" are allowed to book,
    and assurances have been accepted via "2020 Terms & Conditions"
    it’s on condition they encourage men in their local dance communities
    to book in male lodges, names all linked to their bookings.
    You have additional terms & conditions to accept on booking form,
    which must be honoured.

    Summary our lodges

    GROUP BOOKING
    (to book one or several lodges)

    A Group is where one lead name, books for 4 people or more
    One person booking on their own is not a group
    Two persons is a duo not a group
    Three persons is a triple, unless a lodge is booked by a Group leader is for four person but only 3 come.

    SHARED LODGES - For males or females only
    Our All Male  or All Female "Shared" lodges are divided with three bedrooms
    These are known as "Stranger" Lodges,
    where people do not know each other, unless they are sharing a Twin room,
    as we never put strangers in the same bedroom.
    Your booking confirmation will remind you what room you have booked.
    Do not take someone else's room they have paid for when you arrive at Warmwell 2019!

    One person in Large Room for one
    (could be a large twin for one or double room. Always subject to availability)

    Two persons in Large Twin Room
    (who know each other)

    One person in Smaller Twin Room

    All deposits (non refundable) are £50pp

    When it says "On Hold"
    Any mention of "On Hold" means we are waiting for customers to pay deposits/full payment
    & complete bookings as it’s the last of these options available.

    Once a booking has been confirmed, gender balance controls are registered.
    You cannot add extra people in your lodge without prior agreement and permission from MJRoc.
    I.E. if you book 4 or 5 people in a six person lodge, then this is what it’s booked as numbers wise.

    Due to more females wishing to join the weekender than men, MJRoc has to keep controls (terms & conditions) in place to protect the gender balance ratios. MJRoc reserve the right to protect gender balancing for "the good of the event" rather than individuals,
    which is understood by 99.9% of people attending.

    PLEASE NOTE THAT CAR REGISTRATION HAS BEEN UPDATED FOR 2020.
    ALL CARS MUST BE REGISTERED THAT ARE ATTENDING WARMWELL 2020
    this booking form is not a car registration form
    Due to many hours wasted during both 2017 & 2018 in chasing people to register, there is now a FREE registration period and a chargeable per car period.
    The Link to register the cars that are coming under your booking, will be emailed to arrive for September 1st 2020.
    FREE Car Registrations throughout and only during September 2020.
    £5 per Car Registrations throughout and only during October 2020.
    £15 per Car Registrations throughout and only from November 1st to 10th 2020.
    Then £20 per car Registration STA on the day 27th November 2020
    Free parking is available in streets in Village 800 metres away.

    check every section carefully when completing, as failure to do and ticking wrong boxes, wastes your time in resubmitting the form a 2nd time!

Once you've SUBMITTED this booking form (and not before), We will try &  Invoice you within hopefully within 48 hours, so if you have not heard from us, please call. However straight after an event there will be a delay, due to our team shattered and needing some shorter days to recover. After Warmwell 2019, there maybe a week delay, but if in doubt contact us on [email protected].
We are trialling a new booking format this year.
