Just under THREE months to go to MJRoc Warmwell (November 24-27th)
but as always(each year) men are needed to improve gender balance.
To date, each year we have always hit our target with your help!!
Men book late, same pattern every year!

1/ If you are booked at Warmwell already.
Recommend a male to book in to a "Male" lodge AND YOU BOTH get in the free draw.

2/ for every man who books into a "Male" lodge of their own(with no recommendation)
they get a place in the free draw. Last November we had two winners who will both
enjoy a free place at Warmwell 2017.
Could be worth over £200 each!!

September 17 Update:
Based on 650 dancers, now over 600 now booked for Warmwell 2017!

All lodges now booked, must be gender balanced or with more men than ladies..
i.e. we cannot take any more ladies over men in a lodge.
BUT
we can take more men!
Why?
We have to maintain a gender balance ratio and we have as in all previous years,
always have more ladies than men book by April each year!
Men you are needed now, so book and dance with our amazing ladies of all dance abilities.

If you live within ten miles of the Warmwell Park and can prove local residency, passes subject to availability, you can book a weekender pass.

    One COUPLE in Double Room sold
    One COUPLE in Large Twin Room     sold
    Last opportunity now, save cash by sharing. Final space is in a Luxury Prestige lodge.

    Bronze Twin Room Lodge - One Bedroom Lodge* ALL SOLD
    Silver Double or Twin Room Lodges available Sold check with us if we can find more

    *All other lodges are 2 bedroom lodges where a couple
    has a double room & twin room for themselves as not sharing with another couple.

    Bronze, Silver & Silver Lakeside, Gold & Gold Island, Diamond - one bathroom
    Platinum, Prestige 2 & 3 Bedrooms(ranges) - two bathrooms  (one en-suite with double room)
    Prestige 4 bedrooms - there bathrooms (two doubles each with en-suite, two twin rooms share 3rd bathroom)

    Bronze, Silver & Silver Lakeside, Gold, Gold Island & Diamond ranges
    Two bedroom lodges - Double & Twin rooms
    Three Bedroom lodges - Double & Twin rooms plus a smaller twin room(not advisable for tall/long people)

    Platinum & Prestige ranges
    Three Bedroom lodges - Double & 2 x Twin rooms (almost same size twin rooms)

    Prestige ranges
    Four Bedroom lodges - 2 x Double & 2 x Twin rooms

NOW, please press the SUBMIT button below to send your Booking Form to us.  A deposit Invoice will soon be sent to you, thank you! (if this page does not disappear and change to Confirmation page, please look back over this form as it will highlight a box in red not completed which needs your attention). A confirmation email from MJRoc Warmwell, separately will be sent normally same day, unless its been stated our office is closed and we shall back to you asap when we are in a busy period.
Once you've SUBMITTED this booking form (and not before), you will get a automatic confirmation its been sent. We will Invoice you within 48 hours, so if you have not heard from us, please call. Its rare for an email to go astray but lets not take chances, call or email us.;
