Delays mean ferry tickets allocations can be delayed to you.
Requested Time slots may be missed/lost.

If you are requesting extended dates on your ferry tickets, please request below and we shall submit your request to the hotel. There could be extra charges due to the type of ferry deal we get for BeachRoc.

All extras are paid directly to hotel and payable on arrival at check in.

Group Leader/Lead Name if you have more than one bedroom booked,
its a separate registration for each room, or the form becomes invalid.

The Lead Name for each room is responsible for all car ferry registrations.
If you are not the car driver, you must tell us who is.
If you are sharing a room but travelling seperately, both must confirm.

the lead name for the booking will delegate a name for each room responsible for the occupants.
Every room requires a registration each.

In the Trouville Hotel, because of a special deal they have with Ferry Companies, if four people from the Trouville Hotel share a car, a £10pp cash refund will be made at BeachRoc.
This means you cannot have guest/s from the Ocean Hotel in your car to qualify for this "Trouville" deal.

STANDBY REQUEST FOR HOTEL CAR PARKING Trouville Hotel allocated Car Parking (Three night Guests only). All spaces filled by earlier booking requests, but we shall have some extra spaces late on Friday night. All cars are double parked therefore once its in the car park, come Monday morning, last in must be first out! This car park is a five minute walk from hotel. For Ocean Hotel their small hotel is available on first come basis. All information about alternative parking will be sent to you early April in the BeachRoc information pack.
