Priority List for BeachRoc Isle of Wight April 22nd - 25th 2016
These days, you have to be quick off the mark if you want to get the accommodation you want at dance weekenders.
Those who attended BeachRoc 2015 weekender now have priority to rebook their same rooms or register for another option. This option expires on 12th May 2015.
We shall be taking requests for new bookings from Monday 19th May and not before sorry. A new form will be added to the web site for new bookings for BeachRoc 2016. If anyone who was not at BeachRoc during 24-27th April 2015 completes this form, please note your details will be deleted as this form is only for Priority Rebookings.
This weekender can sell out very quickly as it did for our 2015 event.
The Trouville Hotel has bedrooms for 160 people, while the dance hall capacity is 210 (based on 2015 event). This remaining 50 is for either Isle of Wight residents or others at the Ocean Hotel when all rooms have been sold at the Trouville.
Please be on the Priority List. This shows us your commitment of wishing to attend this weekend.
