Cheque

If you're paying by cheque (payable to "MJROC"), please remember to send one cheque per booking
(if you send more than one cheque to settle your invoice, you should add a 75p charge to each cheque).

A BEACHROC 2016 BOOKING FORM MUST BE COMPLETED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF PAYMENT DUE TO A RECURRING PROBLEM, PLEASE SEND A EMAIL TO [email protected] WITH A CONTACT TELEPHONE NUMBER INTERMEDIATELY AFTER PAYMENT. IF WE ARE UNABLE TO CONTACT YOU, YOUR MONIES MAY BE LOST AS AN AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION 

There is a £3 charge on all deposits with 3.5% extra charged on the final balance amounts.  Due to rising costs and to keep everyone's margins tight, MJROC can no longer absorb these fees,  sorry.

Both you and MJROC will receive an email (or text message for payments to mobile phones) confirming payment. You can also view the payment in your PayPal account History.

Bank Transfer

The quickest and cheapest way for everyone is to 
send your final balance payment via Bank Transfer.  
This assumes you have online banking or you can 
go into your branch and send money that way.

(if you make more than one transfer to settle your invoice, you should add a 75p charge to each transaction).
