BEACHROC 2022 HOTEL CAR PARKING

You have one of the requested very limited hotel car parking spaces.
This is not available to those who have not been pre-confirmed at time of booking BeachRoc.
Car parking is charged direct by hotel at £3per day

If you do not require one now, please let us know.
This form is required to be completed please by
BY 3RD APRIL 2022 to keep your space.
From 4/4/22 any unclaimed spaces will be offered to those on the Standby list.

Here we need you to confirm you require one space and understand the restrictions that
BeachRoc has to maximise the allotted spaces and with double parking.

When you arrive to BeachRoc, the hotel reception will have your details once you have confirmed via this form.
DEPOSIT CHARGED BY HOTEL
The hotel requires a £10 deposit for a key to the car park and when you hand the key back on Monday morning, you will obtain the £10 back

PLEASE NOTE
In 2022. There will be a charge for Parking in the Hotel Car Park @ £3 per night per car.
You pay Trouville Hotel, not MJRoc.

its a separate registration for each car.

The Lead Name is responsible for all car registrations.

The first five places on the right in the car park are designated parking places for MJRoc BeachRoc Crew, who will be individually notified. Therefore do not park in these places, because you be asked to move but you would have inconvenienced a member of the BeachRoc team who has to find you.

Please park in the designated parking bays (not in the central area)
You have been given a designated parking bay, each one filled on a first come basis (excluding the MJRoc 5 spaces)

Once parked on Friday 22nd April, you will not be able to leave the car park
until Monday morning 25th April after 8am

Late on Friday night and maybe Saturday morning, there will be more parking, "double parking", filling the central area.
These people are on the standby list and will be all be instructed they must move the their cars before
8am Monday 25th April 2022.

ONCE PARKED YOU CAN'T MOVE YOUR CAR UNTIL MONDAY

Please note neither the hotel or BeachRoc are liable in any way while you are parked the Trouville Hotels car park,
you park there entirely at your own risks.
If you decide on the day to not park in the hotels car park, please let the Hotel reception know, as someone else can park there instead, please do not forget to notify them before Fridays dinner.
