Please note where you are booked to stay is where you take your meals.

In the Trouville & Royal Pier, all seats in the restaurant will be pre-allocated.
SET SEATING ALL WEEKEND
A number of our guest have special diets and this why "set seating" is throughout the weekend.
Both Breakfast & Dinner this applies too.

On Sunday evening some seats maybe be available at it maybe possible to move.
Our event is a social event.

Because of space constraints most tables as you can see are 4 and 6's.
There maybe a 2 person table and these will be allocated to those who booked for BeachRoc first
and requested them at time of booking (excludes an early booking with a later request).

PLEASE NOTE:
Dinner is served at (not from) 6.30pm each evening
its not a flexible, turn up when you want (sorry).
You are expected to be seated at 6.30pm
If you are on a mixed table for dinner and you are late, the others will not be served until you are there, so please do not create friction amongst each other, because you are late.

However Breakfast is flexible and served between 8-9.30pm
but from 9.15am the selection of food will be limited so don't be late!

Please complete below for People (FULL NAMES) Request here to sit together or adjoining tables(close by). {Please lets be 100% clear, if you are staying in either the Trouville or other hotels, where your bedroom is, this is the hotel you take your meals}. The hotel has the right to control all seating arrangements due the requirement to fill every seat in the Trouville. So if there are spare places ie there is 3 of you, but you are pre-allocated on a table for four or six, other guests will be added to complete table allocation as all places are required to be filled by MJRoc BeachRoc Hotels. (Please note the hotel has set table plan there is a maximum up to 6 persons (sta) per table, There is "very" limited 2 person tables (3) and we have already noted requests when people booked (all requests now will be added in date order after these earlier requests). The hotels are mainly geared for 4 & 6 seat tables and work to set plan with kitchens so we cant suddenly put big tables together for big groups but hopefully groups will allocated adjoining tables. You are unable to book specific tables in the Restaurant and once you have been allocated that table (on the table plan outside the restaurants on the Friday of our event) these are your places for the whole weekend duration. All forms must be received from each bedroom by 24TH MARCH 2020. In addition > PLEASE NOTE UNLESS ALL YOUR TABLE SEATS AT THE SAME TIME, ORDERS WILL NOT BE TAKEN FOR DINNER (which means other people already seated on this table will be waiting for you, because the operational way the kitchens prepare food for big events like MJRoc's). EVERYONE TAKES DINNER AT THE SAME TIME AND FOOD IS THEN SERVED AT 6.30PM (expected tbc BY HOTELs early April). You can stay chatting in the restuarant until 8pm and then continue in the lounge area. Music is the dance halls will normally commence from 8.30pm to let food settle. IF YOU HAVE SPECIAL DIETS YOU MUST PRECOMPLETE THE DIETS FORM AS STATED ON THAT FORM. The hotels take diet food very seriously and you MUST assist them fully with your requests .......................................................................... ANY INDIVIDUAL QUESTIONS? New Special diet requests cannot be taken at the event. If you have confirmed a "special" you must meet with a member of the hotel staff prior to your first meal, this is essential on arrival after checking in. *

Which Hotel you booked into? *

What time are you "checking in" on the Friday 24th, if you are arriving late (after 6.30pm) you may/will miss dinner, and we have to inform the restaurant of your absence. (if its soon after 6.30pm your hotel check in the hotels will do their best to accomidate on Fridays nights but there is a cut off time when preparing for big groups like MJRoc) No compensation for missed meals due to late onward journey, late ferries (outside our control), missed ferries and outside of MJRoc's control. *

Confirm how many places do you wish to Book together up to a maximum of six. You have agreed to discuss seating arrangements with everyone you are listing. You will not be suprised how many people give us names, then miss one, even add names that are booked for this event, Its take many hours to compile a table plan so if you have missed someone, they will be on another table. We cannot promise every request and will be limited to where we can place you all, if a full hotel. *
