HOTEL CAR PARKING
Pre- REGISTRATIONS FORM

 The hotel car parking spaces have ALL been allocated,  as when people first booked, they requested a parking space, all from April 2018 when we took re-bookings and first accepted new bookings for our April 2019 event.
Now  we are giving the chance for people to go on Standby should one of those spaces become available, as when you booking was made you requested at standby place (not an allocated space as they had all gone). There are only 22 spaces available in the car park, they have all been pre-allocated.

HOW IS PRIORITY WORKED OUT?
The later you booked BeachRoc, naturally you will lower on the list.

The standby list is made up from when people booked and when they asked. So if you booked but then came back later to request a standby place, that is when we registered you.

It is not by the speed in how quick you register this form.

The DEADLINE TO REGISTER IS FRIDAY 8TH MARCH 2019

Then with the forms registered, from Saturday 9th March 2019 onwards, you will be emailed to be told your "number" on the queue, again it was based on when we received your booking request for a place standby car park list, not when this Registration form was completed.

In the BeachRoc Info pack being emailed 4 weeks before the event, this will contain details on alternative parking and car parks, therefore other options to be prepared for alternative arrangements.

On Friday (26th April '19) after dinner, there be list by reception of how many double car parking places are available. Reception will work down the list until car park is full.
The list of slots is expected to be ready between 8-8.15pm

If you do not require a slot do not register on this form.
This form is required to be completed please by
Friday 8th March to keep your space.
From Saturday 9th March any unclaimed standby places on the list will be removed.


Here we need you to confirm you require any car spaces even double parked spaces, and understand the restrictions that
BeachRoc has to maximise the allotted spaces and with double parking.
ONCE PARKED ON FRIDAY 26TH APRIL, PLEASE NOTE YOUR CAR CANNOT EXIT THE CAR PARK UNTIL MONDAY 29th APRIL 2019 AND THIS MUST BEFORE 8AM ON THAT DAY.

If selected a space, Reception will hand you a map as the hotel car park is in a nearby street (not adjacent to hotel) and everyone will be required to pay a £10 cash deposit PER CAR for a gate key, so when you hand back the key on Monday 29th April 2019, you get refunded.
PLEASE NOTE ALL STANDBY CARS WILL HAVE TO REMOVED FROM THE CAR PARK BEFORE 8AM MONDAY 29TH APRIL 2019, OR FACE BEING TOWED AWAY AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE SHOULD YOUR CAR BE BLOCKING OTHERS FROM LEAVING, WHICH COULD RESULT IN PEOPLE MISSING FERRIES.

FRIDAY 26TH APRIL 2019
If you have secured a Parking Place via the Standby List. You will have to drive your car immediately to the car park if you have secured a space off the list or forfeit the space on Friday evening, as this will monitored and timed.
If it found you have not gone there, your slot is forfeited and offered to another, so keep checking to see if you are successful. CTV is in place.

There is no other way we can do this, as we are not permitted to pre-book any double parked spaces.



    Its a separate registration for each car.

    The Lead Name is responsible for all car registrations.

    In case there are any unclaimed single slots.
    The first four places on the right in the car park are designated parking places for MJRoc BeachRoc Crew, who will be individually notified. Therefore do not park in these places, because you will be asked to move but you would have inconvenienced a member of the BeachRoc team who has to find you.

    Once all slots are filled:
    Please park in the central area(between two rows of cars) from the back wall, tight to it please as people parking after you will not be pleased if you have wasted car parking space that others could use.
    YOU ARE DOUBLE PARKING - so the last ones in are very close to the gate exit.


    Once parked on Friday 26th April, you will not be able to leave the car park until Monday morning 29th April 
    BUT PLEASE  NOTE YOUR CAR MUST BE  MOVED BY 8AM.
    This is because the cars allocated in "slotted" spaces, are being told they leave from 8am.
    If you fail to do and some misses their ferry slot because you have blocked them in,
    we would NOT want to be in your shoes.

    All cars double parked (any car in the central area) must be moved by 8am Monday 29th April.
    So please fully understand the restrictions in parking.

    Free parking until 10am in meter bays in front of of hotel. If you park on yellow lines, this is your responsibility.

    Please note neither the hotel or BeachRoc are liable in any way while you are parked the Trouville Hotels car park,
    you park there entirely at your own risks.
    If you decide on the day to not park in the hotels car park, please let the Hotel reception know, as someone else can park there instead, please do not forget to notify them before Fridays dinner 26th April.
