Our check in team will be in the Main Hall area from 11am.
Staggered early check ins from 11am-2.30pm on the half hour and hour so if you turn up and no-one is there, come back at those times and someone will be there to check you in. Then fully open from 3pm-7pm.
You will get immediate access to your lodge!
As you could be all arriving at separate times, we will have all your names allocated against your lodge and each person will be fitted with a gender wrist band.
This requires you to please check in individually so we know you have arrived as you will not be able to enter the complex without one.
From 7pm-11pm Check in at the Parkdean front reception until 11pm on Friday night.
If you have any issues with your lodge Parkdean Maintenance department will be on standby until 11pm Friday night
Saturday morning check in from 9am-2pm
You will receive a weekender pack per person which will have the schedule of events; a feedback form; and other information (like if you have booked the any Ski Sessions or Massages).
If you are due to arrive after 11pm Friday or before 9am Saturday, please notify either email [email protected] or ring Nicky 07718 567304 or Colin on 07944 971195 to make special check in arrangements with security.
In November 2013, we further improved our check in procedures to make it quicker and smoother for everyone by using the main dance hall which was much roomy.
