WHAT IS THE COST WHEN TWO OR MORE PAY PER INVOICE?
No charges
As long as the Lead name who the Invoice was sent to, shares all the information on that Invoice regarding where to pay at our bank, the invoice number etc, then there should be no problem or extra charges. The receipt when all payments to clear that invoice are paid, the Lead Name on the Invoice, will be sent a receipt.
Please note there maybe an administration charge if extra work has been created and needs to be unravelled.

2/ One Cash Payment - No admin fee if paid directly to Colin Shaul within 5 days. This is possible by attending a LeRoc venue.
3/ One PayPal online Invoice, there will be an admin fee added to your invoice total if you want to choose this option; please request your invoice with PayPal admin supplement.
Late payers will lose their bookings and any non refundable deposits

There is no admin fee for cash payments. Cash payments may be made when you are attending a LeRoc Surrey dance at either of our venues. Place the cash in an envelope and write your name and the invoice number clearly on the envelope.

An admin charge will be made to cover the extra work involved with arranging invoicing via PayPal. This admin cost will be advised before we invoice when you make a request to make a payment this way.

HOLIDAY INSURANCE
Insurance: We recommend you take out insurance to cover the risk of any cancellation, whether as an individual, couple, pairing or part of group. Otherwise you have agreed to accept any losses or the terms under MJRoc’s Terms & Conditions. If things go wrong, Insurance could cover it.
There are many good companies who will offer policies online.
Please arrange your own personal holiday insurance if you wish to cover this risk.
At previous events, several did claim through illnesses preventing them from attending. Search online for a policy to suit you. Anyone who had to cancel always wished they had. Check our terms and conditions for any cancellations.

GENDER BALANCE RATIOS
Our target has been achieved each event and the aim is between 47-48% men to 52-53% females but times are changing and this ratio is set to plummet with a male decreasing ratio!
More and more demands are for all female rooms or more females than men in a group. As a business we need to fill the rooms we have committed to under our contract at BeachRoc appointed hotels. We still remain focused on Gender Balancing as best possible.
Men traditionally are hard to encourage to book early, hence why females go on standby very quickly if the ratio men to women is not close to our target. If you have been allowed to book an all female group booking or more females than men group booking, we soon have a big problem if you don’t do your bit.
Or do we just say, let’s no longer worry about a gender ratio and if lots of ladies are waiting around for a dance, everyone knows the score when they book. BUT THIS IS NOT MJROC POLICY.
As lead name you need to let the ladies know in your group/room that this is the booking condition and why you have been allowed to book and paying your deposit confirms this, or you all “do your bit” to encourage men to book and drive up the male to female ratio, as alone MJRoc cannot reach into your local dance communities without your efforts too.
If you booked at BeachRoc, you have already signed an agreement on your payment receipt when rebooking to the condition why you were allowed to book, so you will need TO MEET those terms and conditions or your booking becomes invalid, therefore deposits lost.

Please note all bed linen will be on the made-up beds and some multi user towels (please bring extra if you require you more for you own personal use and for use of the pool) are supplied for general use.

Wristbands
Will be individually issued on arrival at check in desks and must be worn at all times (security checks at entry to complex). No wristband - no entry. We do not like “free-loaders" who try and get in for free. You have paid.

Free Parking or Paid Parking?
Those staying in the Trouville Hotel only and indicated they wish to take part in the Free Draw, for a limited hotel car parking space, 5 minute walk from the hotel, will be notified in early March. parking is chargeable and payable directly to the hotel.
There are many other alternative local car parking option, from directly outside the hotels on "meters" to local car parks and free parking about 5 minutes walk from the hotels and we will advise you of these, in the BeachRoc event pack sent out 1 month prior to this event.
