Booking Form
If you wish to book a lodge (not online), you need to download our booking form, print it, complete it and send it
You may want to call 07718 567304 before sending your booking form and cheque to ensure we still have the lodge choice available. We will reserve your lodge for 5 days only to give you time to send your form and cheque. Cheques made payable to MJROC and send to PO Box 673, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 9BL. When your cheque clears, your confirmation will be sent via email (or post). |

Coming on your own?
If you're a single male/female that needs a bed for the weekend! then we can accommodate you in our male/female shared lodges. You each get your own room (or share a large twin room) - some discounts will apply in this situation. These lodges are very limited in number, so book early to secure your place. We get to choose your lodge location and lodge-mates (unless you have some friends you'd like to share with).

Couples
We can accommodate couples (male/female) too, we have a limited number of Couples Only lodges but when they're sold out, we have our Couples Shared lodges. Which means 2 couples (M/F) get to share a lodge, each having their own rooms. We get to choose your lodge location and lodge mates (unless you have 2 couples who wish to share).

Families
We welcome families, you will need to book a Bronze/Silver 2 or 3 bedroom lodge (sofa beds accommodate the children. Dogs only in Bronze selected lodges . Call us if you need to discuss it further.

Groups
Book four 6 berth lodges in your name and receive £115 cashback! The Lead Name needs to be one name and all monies need to be paid by one cheque/cash.

Gender Balancing
We aim to provide dancers with the best dance weekender we can and this includes ensuring there are a good number of men for the ladies to dance with. We therefore are not taking all female bookings. Bookings only accepted: all male; equal male to female ratio: or more men than ladies ratio. Please be honest when making your booking as our Terms and Conditions state we require the full and correct names of all those attending, plus we get a realistic picture of male/female ratio. Thank you for your co-operation and understanding in us trying to make it a great weekender for you.
